Rehan Mahmood is a Milwaukee-based personal trainer, Tai Chi, and yoga instructor. Whether you’re a young professional or older adult, Rehan wants you to feel good and have fun working out.
A typical class with Rehan combines precise form instruction, full belly laughs, and Eastern philosophical wisdom, taking TLC to a higher level. Training sessions may include Tai Chi and yoga sequences after weights and cardio for mind-body balance.

Rehan continuously learns from practitioners of modern and traditional medicine around the world, which helps him serve clients holistically. His cross-country journey began in high school and continued through a college scholarship. He trained Olympic athletes on the side after graduating, eventually transitioning from corporate to full-time fitness.
