Fit By Rehan provides personalized strength and cardio training for clients in the Greater Milwaukee Area. Training sessions are held at the Vantage Health & Fitness Collective, formerly Invivo Wellness in Milwaukee.

Rehan builds a trusting relationship before, after, and during workout sessions. He uses a functional medicine approach to balance weight and cardio training with his clients, based on individual goals and abilities. Rehan has worked with adults of all ages, and will give you the tools to listen to your body. Working out should not be scary or feel like a chore. It should be fun and help you feel powerful. Looking good will be a bonus. Rehan is passionate about combining Western and Eastern modalities and tips. He could end your sessions with relaxing yoga or Tai Chi sequences, and provide diet and lifestyle tips from Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
