Tai Chi Classes in Milwaukee

Fit By Rehan teaches in-person Tai Chi classes and private lessons in Milwaukee, WI. Public classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12-1 PM at the Vantage Health and Fitness Collective. During class, Rehan teaches students to gently move and stretch with gravity to boost hip and spinal coordination, relaxation, and balance. Tai Chi is safe, inclusive, and accessible to all ages, including young professionals, parents, seniors, and others seeking calm in a busy lifestyle. 


Rehan’s Inspiration Behind Tai Chi   

Tai Chi blends ancient Chinese martial arts poses, breathwork, meditation sequences, and Taoist philosophy with the goal of balancing one’s yin and yang energies. Rehan is a world traveler and an Eastern arts lover. Tai Chi didn’t feel natural when he first started, but years of continued practice showed him that Tai Chi is not just exercise, but a lifestyle. Rehan loves helping people, which motivated him to share the art with others.
