Grandmaster Yin, founder of the Milwaukee Chinese Kung Fu Center.

Move and breathe intentionally through a decades-old Milwaukee Tai Chi taught practice!

Rehan Mahmood practiced and learned to teach Tai Chi at a well-respected Milwaukee Tai Chi Center. The modules, sequences, and philosophies learned come from the late Grandmaster Chian Ho Yin, an army veteran and founder of the Chinese Kung Fu Center. Rehan learned Grandmaster Yin's teachings at the T'ai Chi Ch'uan Center through his instructor and mentor, Mike. Now, Rehan is bringing a beginner series inspired by Grandmaster Yin's teachings to Vantage Health and Fitness Collective.

"This is a rare thread connecting generations of practice, and I am excited to share it with you," Rehan says.
